Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Mike’s Do It All Services for your dumpster rental needs. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please review the following policy: 1. Rental Duration Standard rental period is 2 days. Additional days will need to be booked online. Early pickup is available upon request. If later pickup Is needed, contact us directly at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. 2. Accepted Materials You may dispose of the following: Household junk and non-hazardous waste Yard debris Construction and renovation debris (wood, drywall, tile, etc.) Furniture and small appliances Items accepted at additional charge: Tires Mattresses Propane Tanks Paints, oils, and solvents Batteries Refrigerators and large appliances with Freon Non-Disposable: Hazardous or toxic waste Medical waste Additional fees may apply if prohibited items are found. 3. Weight Limits Dumpster rentals include a weight allowance of 4 tons. Overages will be charged at $80 per ton over the limit. 4. Placement and Access Customer must ensure clear access to the drop-off location. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces unless caused by negligence. Do not move the dumpster after it has been placed. 5. Fill Level Do not fill the dumpster above the “MAX FILL” line. Overloaded dumpsters will not be hauled until the load is adjusted. Fees may apply for overloaded or unsafe pickups. 6. Pickup and Removal Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when ready for pickup. Ensure the area is free of obstacles at the time of pickup. 7. Payment A deposit or full payment is due upon booking. All overage, late, or prohibited material fees must be paid before final removal or delivery of future dumpsters. 8. Cancellations Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.
